What Is The Cost of All-on-Four?
Typically,All-On-4 costsabout $25,000 per arch. This includes the industry-leading All-On-4 treatment procedure, which is exclusive toNobel Biocare. This treatment is intended for patients that currently have one or two complete dentures, or that are missing most of their teeth. The cost of the treatment is very inclusive. It covers the expense of the dental implants and the oral surgery procedure involved with installing the four to six dental implants. When a patient orders All-On-4, they receive delivery of an acrylic set of teeth on a single arch, supported as an implant on a fixed bridge for teeth placement. This is also included in that cost. If unexpected circumstances arise, the extensive lab work and delivery of acrylic teeth can be expected in 24 hours. Since treatment is completed in-office, patients can save an average of between $6,000 and $9,000 per arch in compare to conventional dental implant treatments. That’s a significant saving. When compared to a two location or multiple doctor treatment approaches, in which both doctors charge separate fees, it’s much better to get new teeth in one day through All-On-4.
What is All-on-4?
This dental treatment is specifically beneficial for patients who want to replace all of their teeth or their old, ill-fitting dentures.Instead of requiring the dentist to install numerous dental implants, All-on-4 lives up to its name – justfour dental implantsare needed to replace all of the teeth on the top or the bottom of your mouth, instead of the six to eight implants required by traditional approaches!
All-on-4的秘诀是,两个植入are tilted an up to 45° angle. This enables your dentist to use more of your existing bone structure, thereby eliminating the need for invasive bone grafts. In most cases, you will be able to go home on the day of your procedure with a fully-functioning temporary set of teeth. Once your mouth has healed, you will come back to our dentist’s office to be fitted for your brand new pair of firm-fitting dentures.

What Is The Recovery Time For All on 4?
The recovery time for patients who undergo the All-on-4 treatment varies according to the condition of the patient, and individual circumstances. However, in general, patients can expect to be able to use their new teeth almost immediately following the treatment.
有口头工作总是令人不安的年代ome degree. Even a regular tooth cleaning at the dentist can cause some discomfort. Having All-on-4 treatment can also cause some discomfort that can disrupt normal eating activities. During the first six to eight weeks following treatment, patients are advised to take care of the new implants. Chewing certain foods can be damaging. The physician will give patients a list of foods to avoid for a while. After that period, however, most patients have very little trouble adjusting to the implants. In general, people who have the All-on-4 treatment can enjoy a normal eating, drinking and talking routine, just as they would with their original teeth.
Most of our patients are simply thrilled with the results of their All-on-4 treatment, and say they would highly recommend it to their friends and family! Here are just some of the benefits they report:
- You will enjoy having the ability to get a brand new smile in just one day.
- Minimal dental surgery is required, with minimal discomfort and recuperation time.
- Patients experience improved dental functioning – most find they are able to eat and even talk more easily.
- This is a permanent solution to difficult dental problems – it feels just like your natural teeth.
- Because of its revolutionary technology, All-on-4 is less invasive and less time-consuming than traditional approaches to dental replacement. This means it takes less time and costs less than other treatment modalities.
- You will gain more confidence and a great new smile!
A great side benefit is that the titanium implants we use will fuse to your underlying bone structure over time, and actually end up making this crucial foundation even stronger. This helps to prevent future bone loss in the jaw, which means you will be able to retain your youthful appearance even longer!

Because there is no bone grafting and only four implants are utilized, the All-on-4 treatment is generally much more cost-effective than traditional dental treatment approaches. Each patient presents different dental challenges, however, and costs will vary from one patient to the next. Your preparation work may be different from that of other patients undergoing the same procedure, and there are different types of materials which can be used in fabricating your permanent replacement teeth.
In general, though, a full mouth treatment will usually fall somewhere in the range from $16,000 to $25,000. This includes all of the pre-work and dental imaging, the cost of the dental implants, the surgical placement of your implants, temporary replacement teeth, follow-up appointments, and permanent replacement teeth. Ask for a full consultation and written cost estimate to assist in your decision-making process.
Note that there may be additional costs, depending on several factors. Full mouth permanent dental implant-supported fixed bridges can be manufactured out of zirconia or a combination of acrylic and zirconia over a titanium framework. These options can alter the final cost. For improved durability and ability to be repaired, a permanent, zirconia fixed bridge that is implant-supported may be recommended. Keep in mind that this can also change the cost. Also, there may be additional procedures that are necessary to complete treatment and placement of All-on-4 implants to ensure long-term use and success. These added procedures may include removal of any remaining teeth and healing of existing gum infections before the surgery. Generally speaking, All-on-4 implant treatments are lower in cost than some other restorative dentistry treatments. This makes All-on-4 more affordable since it requires fewer implants in comparison with the traditional implant and oral rehabilitation procedures. With everything considered, All-on-4 treatment is a low-cost alternative for people who suffer from loose-fitting dentures, losing teeth, or no teeth at all.
If you have dental insurance, it may be able to cover some or most of the costs of your All-on-4 treatment; however, you will be responsible for any remaining amounts. Our dental office staff has a great deal of experience in working with dental insurance companies and can work with your insurance company on your behalf to determine your out-of-pocket responsibility.
For any remaining amounts due after insurance, most patients qualify for some type of financing assistance with this treatment. This will allow you to break down the cost of the procedure into low, monthly payments. Our dental office has experience dealing with several reputable lending companies. A patient coordinator can explain all of the available options, and the financing costs involved. You will need to balance the anticipated costs against the benefits you receive from having your beautiful smile restored. Schedule a consultation to learn more about the treatment before making a final decision.
We can accept a majority of dental insurance plans so that your savings for All-on-4 dental implants is maximized. All of the major PPO insurance plans, including Delta Dental, Guardian, Metlife, Cigna, and AETNA, as well as others. If you have questions about your insurance coverage benefits, please let us know. We can let you know how much coverage you’re eligible for.

对我们大多数人来说,我们的微笑是一个虚拟的延伸our personality. It lets others know how happy we are to see them, shows an enjoyment of life, and makes us feel good about ourselves. But, if you are suffering from missing teeth, cracked or yellow teeth, or old, wobbly dentures, you probably do not feel very good about your smile right now.
If you have finally decided to stop being embarrassed about your smile, then it is time to correct this situation. You might be aware of dental bridges and dentures, and perhaps you have even heard about dental implants. You might be interested in how they work, or you might be concerned about some of the negatives you have learned about them. You could be worried about the surgery associated with traditional dental implants, or you might be surprised to find out that your expensive dentures need to be replaced every ten years or so.
But have you heard about All-on-4®, the revolutionary dental treatment concept to replace missing teeth and outdated dentures? More cost-efficient and far less invasive than traditional dental procedures, this solution can leave you with a fixed, full-arch dental prosthesis on the day of your procedure! This treatment was successfully pioneered by Dr. Paulo Malo in 1998. Since that time almost two decades ago, hundreds of thousands of patients have reaped the benefits of this impressive dental replacement technology.

What Are the Different Types Of Fixed Bridges that are Implant-Supported For a Full Mouth?
There are three different types of fixed bridges that are implant-supported for a full mouth treatment. They are:
- 丙烯酸implant-supported牙齿,titanium framework on four implants. Upon request in this instance, the frame, made of titanium, may be obscured beneath the acrylic. This is called a permanent, hybrid-fixed bridge.
- Zirconia teeth that are implant-supported, over a pink, solid base made of zirconia, on four implants. This is called a permanent fixed bridge.
- Acrylic teeth over an acrylic base on four implants. This is a temporary hybrid bridge that is intended to last for four to ten months.
Am I a good candidate for All-on-4?
As with any medical procedure, each patient is different. Our dentist will carefully evaluate your oral health and medical status to determine if you are a good candidate for this procedure. Age in itself is not necessarily a deciding criterion, but some of the areas your dentist, endodontist or prosthodontist will consider include:
- Your full medical history – be sure to tell your dental professional about any previous treatments or surgeries you underwent, and explain how you responded to them.
- Your expectations – what are you hoping to achieve by having this treatment?
- Dental history – what is your history of oral care? Have you experienced severe periodontal disease? Do you clench or grind your teeth, especially when you sleep?
- Diagnostics – your dental professional will perform a thorough evaluation of your mouth, teeth and bone structure. We may then order X-rays or specialized digital imaging of these areas to determine the amount of bone structure available for the implants.
- Your ability to perform the necessary activities involved in the recuperation process.
Once these areas have all been taken into consideration, your dentist will make a recommendation to you as to whether you are a good candidate for this procedure. Be sure to ask any questions you may have, listen carefully to the responses, and express any concerns you have about the procedure. Ask the dental team to clearly explain what happens before, during and after the treatment.
This treatment is considered a long-term solution. The All-on-4 Implants concept offers high success rates. In the mandible, up to ten years may pass without a follow-up visit being needed. In the maxilla, up to five years may pass without a follow-up visit needed. With that said, it is important to have regular maintenance visits made with a dentist to ensure that the gums stay healthy. Healthy gums are an important factor in successful All-On-4 Implants.
The cumulative survival rate for both the maxilla (upper jaw) and mandible (lower jaw) are:
- Mid-term 3–4 years: 96.3–100%
- Long-term 5–10 years: 94.8–98.0%
If you have any teeth remaining, they will need to be extracted before this treatment. Any gum infections will also need to be treated and cleared before we can begin. Once your mouth is ready for the All-on-4 implant, you will be scheduled for a dental appointment that will last about two to three hours. You may be under a general anesthetic for this procedure, or your dental professional may be able to use conscious sedation, depending on your individual situation and tolerance levels. Make sure that you understand the difference, so you will know if you need to have someone with you to drive you home. During the treatment, your dentist will:
- Drill into the bone structure to create a hole for the dental implants.
- Install and tighten the dental implants.
- A temporary set of teeth will be attached to the part of the implants that protrudes from your gums. These should already begin to look and feel like your original, natural teeth.
- During your recovery, the dentist may advise you to stay on a soft food diet to encourage healing. You may be asked to come in for several post-operative check-ups to determine how well your mouth is healing. If you experience intense pain or notice unusual bleeding, contact our dentist immediately.
- When your mouth has finished healing, and the new dental implants have become stabilized in your mouth, your temporary teeth will be replaced with new, permanent, custom-fitted teeth. The entire process usually takes about six to eight months from start to finish, depending on your body’s healing capabilities.
How are these All-on-4 implants different from traditional dentures?
This procedure gives you a permanent set of teeth that will look and feel like your natural teeth. Some of the differences between All-on-4 dental implants and traditional dentures are:
- These are permanent teeth that are brushed and cleaned like your natural teeth. They don’t have to be soaked in special solutions.
- They have a natural feel, unlike dentures which can sometimes feel unreal.
- They are permanently installed in your mouth and do not have to be taken out.
- No more need to use messy adhesives because they are securely attached to your jaw.
- They don’t press down on your gums, so they are more comfortable to wear and don’t result in “wear bumps.”
- You have more force for biting down, so you can eat more of your favorite crunchy foods again!
- Because they are permanently installed, the implants help to prevent bone deterioration and restore your beautiful facial features
Unlike crowns or dentures that might need to be replaced, implants provide a life-long solution, so you’ll want to be sure to take good care of your new smile! Don’t think of these as dentures – think of them just like your natural teeth. Establish a daily routine of flossing and brushing to keep your new teeth in tip-top condition. Our dental hygienists can review oral hygiene instructions with you, if you would like. We will recommend the most appropriate oral hygiene routine to fit your needs.
What if I only need my lower or upper teeth replaced?
It is possible that you might only need to have your upper or lower teeth replaced right now, and the All-on-4 implants can be placed accordingly. However, if it is likely that you will need to have the other teeth replaced at some point in the future, it might make sense to consider having both done at the same time. This will save you time, healing, and money by eliminating the second procedure.
First of all, you can anticipate a 24-hour turnaround time. Apart from that, you will get:
- Free Consultation
- Pre-Procedural Exam
- The Dental Implant Procedure
- Post Procedural Check-Ups as Needed
- Receiving of Your Permanent Teeth
